The earthy maté and sage notes make this taste deeper than your typical fruity matcha blend, which I actually prefer for slow mornings. The mint and ginger hit at the end keeps it from feeling heavy, and it’s my new go-to for an afternoon pick-me-up.

I brewed a cup this morning and the mint really comes through first, then the matcha smooths everything out. The ginger gives it a nice little kick that wakes you up without being harsh. Already ordered another bag.

The clary sage is what really sets this apart—it gives the whole cup a calming, almost meditative quality that I didn't expect. I've been brewing it after work and the palo santo note lingers just enough to reset my headspace.
