Ananasblomma

I was worried the sugar cane would make it too sweet, but the tart lemon flower balances it out perfectly. The hint of plum sneaks up on you after the initial pineapple hit.

The sugar cane base keeps it from going too tart, and the lemon flower lingers a good while after the first sip. I've been brewing it hot in the mornings and it genuinely smells like a pineapple field in the kitchen.

I wasn’t expecting the plum to come through so clearly, but it gives the pineapple a nice, mellow twist. The tart lemon flower keeps it from being too sweet, and I’ve already gone through half the bottle just sniffing my wrist. That sugar cane finish is just warm enough to feel like a mini vacation.
