The burn is soft and not at all perfume-y, but the peony comes through as genuinely lush—it’s like having a bouquet on the shelf. My hallway smells expensive for about three hours, which is enough for me.
The blackcurrant note gives it a little tartness that keeps the peony from being too sugary, and it fills my whole hallway without feeling heavy. I've caught myself lingering in the room just to get another whiff, it's that pleasant.
I’ve been burning this for a few days now, and the blackcurrant gives it a surprising tartness that balances the floral perfectly. The vetiver keeps it from feeling too sweet, so it’s complex without being heavy.
