アップルオーチャード

The vanilla really comes through after about ten minutes, mellowing out the spice so it's not sharp at all. It smells exactly like the cider donuts and cold air at an orchard in October.

I lit this in the kitchen while the windows were fogged up from rain, and suddenly it felt like October back home in New England. The red apple note is sharp and real, not syrupy, with the vanilla rounding everything out so it doesn't turn soapy. Finishing the jar way too fast, honestly.

The first sniff instantly took me back to an autumn afternoon at the orchard, that sweet red apple note is spot-on. I love how the vanilla and spice settle in behind it, like a warm blanket on a cool day.
