I’ve been spraying this on my pillow right before bed and the cardamom note really comes through—calming without being heavy. It lingers just enough that I actually look forward to winding down now. Two weeks in and the scent still feels just as soothing.
The scent is warm and soft without being heavy, and one spray on my wrist before bed actually calms my racing thoughts. It lingers just enough to notice when I turn over, which is exactly what I wanted for winding down.
I’ve been spritzing this on my pillow about twenty minutes before bed and the cardamom note is warm without being heavy, exactly what I needed to wind down. The vanilla comes through just enough to make it cozy, and I’m sleeping deeper than I have in weeks.
