Nouvelle maison

The smell of fresh linen when you first walk in is unreal, and the air feels so clean without me doing a thing. Three weeks in and every room still gives me that little jolt of "this is mine.

The fresh linen smell hit me the second I opened the door, and the air inside felt genuinely clean instead of stuffy like most places. It's just a blank canvas right now, but standing in all that quiet space already has me planning where the couch goes.

Walking into that empty space the first time, the clean air hit me before anything else. The fresh linen smell made it feel less like a construction site and more like somewhere I could actually settle into.
