I was skeptical that a blend with eucalyptus and ginger could be calming, but the wild mint cuts through and makes it feel like a crisp walk in a quiet forest. A tiny dab on my wrists before bed has become my new wind-down ritual, and the scent lingers just enough without being overpowering.
The scent is beautifully balanced—the mint and eucalyptus hit first, then the ginger warms it up without being sharp. I put it on before journaling and it genuinely clears my head.
I’ve been lighting it every evening after work, and the eucalyptus with that Thai ginger kick really does settle my mind. The wild mint keeps it from feeling too heavy. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my wind-down routine.
